Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully. This agreement contains the terms that govern your use and access to the platform and is agreed between you and the platform entity and any of its affiliates (“VIRBANK”, “Us”, “We”). By registering and using the services, you agreed to be bound by these Terms, and all policies on the platform.

• 1.1. Any person who wants to access the platform and use the services must accept these terms and all its policies.
• 1.2. We may change any of these terms and policies governing the services at any time. These changes will take effect immediately after publications on the platform with notification sent to you. If you do not agree to such changes, you must stop using the services and contact us to deactivate your account upon which these terms will be terminated.
• 1.3. For avoidance of doubt, newer version of the terms supersedes older versions unless otherwise stated.

• 2.1. You represent and warrants the business you represent validly exist and in good standing under the Laws of the country in which the business is registered and that you are registering for the Service(s) within such country.
• 2.2. You and the business that you represent has all requisite right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, perform its obligations, and grant the rights, licenses, and authorizations in this Agreement
• 2.3. As part of the registration, you must provide us with your business legal name, address, phone number and e-mail address, as well as any other information not limited by, including Trade License, Bank Letter etc.
• 2.4. Any information provided or made available from you must be always accurate and complete, comply with all applicable Laws in performance of its obligations and exercise of its rights under this Agreement.
• 2.5. When you use VIRBANK, or send e-mails, service applications, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating to us. As a result, you also consent to receive communications from, such as e-mails, texts, notices and messages on this site and calls to your contact number as necessary.

• 3.1. Any password we provide to you may be used to access the Platform (or other tools we provide, as applicable) to use our Services..
• 3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party (other than third parties authorized by you to use your account in accordance with this Agreement) and are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password.
• 3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all information including email and bank account details are always up-to-date and accurate in your account. You shall bear all consequences ensuing from any incorrect information and We shall not be responsible to verify any information, take any steps to rectify the situation, or re-remit any payment to you.
• 3.4. Vendors are advice to change your password regularly to minimized security breached and to immediately change your password should it be compromised.

• 5.1. The recipients of any confidential information from Us shall not disclose the confidential information except to affiliates, employees or agents who need such information and have agreed in writing to keep this information confidential. The recipient must ensure that those people and entities who receives any confidential information is only to exercise rights and fulfil obligations under the terms.

• 6.1. We reserved the rights to deactivate your Account with immediate effect and withhold any outstanding payables to you if,
• • 66.1.1. Breach any obligations under these Terms, the Policies or applicable laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights
  • 6.1.2. Breach any applicable laws
  • 6.1.3. Use the Platform, the Services in a fraudulent manner.

The law governing the Use of Service and all transaction is the law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by this Terms of Service are subjected to Singapore law.

• 8.1. We will not be held liable for any damages of any kind including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential arising out of or in connection with these Terms, messages receive, or transactions on the platform.
